Overview

As the Digital Engagement Representative, you take pride in making every customer and team interaction a memorable one. You take customer service seriously, but have fun at work with the Vega team! Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering customer service support and engage our consumers through inbound calls, emails, live chat and the digital space
  • Assist our Vega eStore customers with product questions, ordering, tracking shipments and make interacting with Vega the best part of their day!
  • Liaise with the Operations Department to ensure smooth order flow and successful resolution of customer needs
  • Work with Digital Team to discover potential problems and provide solutions for improvement, website testing and customer website usability challenges
  • Be the voice of Vega online, answering product questions and building relationships with our consumers through Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Educate, inspire and teach consumers about our products and being a lifestyle leader (bonus points for making them lol)
  • Follow up with consumer complaints/concerns in a timely and solution oriented approach
  • Communicate with various departments to ensure successful outcome of our consumer needs
  • Log all consumer interactions, spot trends, and report findings

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in Social Media or Customer Service role
  • University or College Degree in Business, Sales or Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Nutrition designation from an accredited institution (ie. RHN, CSN, Dietician)
  • NetSuite, Magento or similar CRM experience
  • Excellent written communication skills that are engaging and aligns with the Vega values
  • Fully bi-lingual applicants in French and English an asset
  • A passion for digital engagement and knowledge of social media channels
