Kolody is seeking a talented Designer to join our agency. You will be creating with courage to define digital products and services using multiple skills including art direction and information architecture. In our open environment you'll collaborate with an experienced group of developers who are dedicated to bringing great ideas to life.

In this wide-ranging and challenging role, you'll need:

• An understanding that brand thrives in rhythm and interaction
• At least 2 years of experience designing for digital
• Strong communication skills including the ability to clearly present and defend ideas
• To thrive on inter-team collaboration
• An appreciation that storyboards are gospel
• To know design is communication and courage is an imperative

You should posses at least two of the following:

• Strong familiarity of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), OmniGraffle and Flash.
• 3D modelling/design
• Motion design, specializing in After Effects
• Strong chops in interactive design (ex: online + mobile)
• Solid brand/identity experience
