Reporting to the Customer Acquisition Manager, you are a driven and meticulous self-starter, who can quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment. With strong emphasis on tech-business competencies (SEO, ASO, CRO social, data analytics), you will play a critical role in our dedicated and growing Marketing team and more specifically be a key part of accelerating our rapid growth goals.

Responsibilities for the Customer Acquisition Specialist include:

  • Develop a fundamental understanding of our customer segments and their needs
  • Execute SEO and ASO strategies that align with customer needs and company goals
  • Present insights gained from performance analysis to evolve marketing strategies/tactics
  • Execute digital marketing activities: CRO, Communications, Analytics, AB Testing
  • Research markets, competitors, and customers and course-correct as needed
  • Participate in the development of strategic plans
  • Own the day-to-day management, testing regiment and scheduling of campaigns through our tracking platforms
  • Balance multiple priorities, tasks, and growth marketing goals

Qualifications for the Customer Acquisition Specialist include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related experience

Requirements for the Customer Acquisition Specialist include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • E-business competencies: SEO, CRO, Social, Web Metrics (big bonus points for ASO)
  • Meticulous attention to accuracy and detail with strong time-management skills
  • Self-motivated, performance driven, and able to work independently and in a team
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and research skills
  • Solid experience with web analytics tools and data analysis
  • Ability to create engaging written and verbal presentations
