Use your agency smarts as you collaborate

What’s in a name? We call the role Creative Development Specialist, but you probably work as a Creative Director. Whatever the title, you like to work both sides of your brain. We’re looking for a free-thinking designer type who’ll risk almost anything to protect and enhance our brand. If you can mentor the team, develop killer concepts, execute breakthrough ideas and write rationales that sell themselves, we want to talk to you.

Besides coaching, you’ll lead concept development, guide brainstorm sessions and represent the team with managers and business partners. You’ll work in an in-house agency setting where “leveraging creativity to conceptualize solutions” and “aligning campaigns with overall priorities” describe what we do (but definitely not how we talk).

You have a degree in graphic design, art or another creative discipline and at least six years of experience as a senior-level creative supporting a premium brand (an equivalent combination would be just as sweet).

You want to build a career with one of Canada’s top employers. You thrive in a challenging environment built on teamwork and respect. You’re at your best in a job that is both demanding and rewarding.
