Creative Director

Look Agency Inc. is on a quest to find an experienced creative director (CD) who exhibits passion for branding and design, and flourishes in a collaborative fast paced environment. Our agency is top of mind in the industry, making us sought after by some of the greatest companies in Saskatchewan. We seek to blaze new trails, and therefore the CD will need to lead, manage and mentor the creative and digital teams as well as work with the marketing team and clients to ensure that only the highest quality and best work is pushed out the door. This includes the ability for hands-on graphic design as well as keeping staff on deadlines and leading creative and client brainstorming session.

• This position requires you to be customer focused, have unbelievable presentation skills with exceptional mentorship skills.
• You should have formal education in graphic design plus 5 to 10 years of experience in design, brand development and project management.
• Preference given to portfolios that demonstrates abilities and understanding of fashion and luxury brands and/or building strong brands.
