WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Our head office in Coal Harbour, Vancouver has an opening for a Content Specialist. The role involves working directly with Blender’s clients to shape their corporate messaging and transform it into compelling web content to meet their business goals. You will work closely with the Project Manager to identify clients’ marketing needs as well as manage and generate content to support seamless implementation of Blender’s digital projects and ensure deliverables are of a high quality. We’re looking for someone who has the ability to quickly understand a client’s needs and audit, coordinate, and produce content driven towards engaging investors and other target audiences.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

This opportunity is for you if you meet the following requirements:

• Experience working in a Investor Relations or corporate communications role
• Strong copywriting and editing skills, with a proven ability to produce engaging written content
• High comfort level providing clients with recommendations and guidance on corporate communication strategy
• Must have a keen eye for details and have the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at the same time
• Proactive and motivated to continually learn and keep up with industry trends
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for solving creative challenges
• Familiarity with website design and development process

Nice to haves:

• In-depth knowledge of the mining industry
• Experience working in an agency setting
