Content Producer contract

We are Adwood Manufacturing Ltd. We are a manufacturer of wood storage, outdoor and organizational products. We sell to most major retailers in North America (Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, you get the idea). We are constantly getting asked for visuals/videos of our products and how to guides by our retail partners. We never seem to get to making this content so we need your help.

You will produce content to showcase our products for websites (our own site, don't judge us by what it looks like now, but hopefully you can help us make it way better, as well as retailers' websites), including video, photos, and social media posts. We’re are looking to produce the bulk of content in the next six months, with the possibility of extending the position on a full or part-time basis. Basically if it helps us build new sales leads and excites our retail partners, we will keep you on.

Stuff we need or would like from you:

Strong skills in Adobe photo and video editing software

Your own camera and associated equipment. (We can help a bit as required.)

Portfolio of commercial images and video

Ability to think and work independently, as you will frequently be creating content on your own, with limited team input. (By creating content we mean sometimes you will be getting your hands dirty assembling our products into elaborate systems and configurations)

Experience with prop styling and staging

Print production and graphic design experience an asset

Web and writing skills an asset
