Content Management Specialist (Jr. to Intermediate) full-time

DESCRIPTION
Role involves both Web and graphic design capabilities, as well as copy writing where necessary. Reports to the Team Lead, Human Interface Research & Design, but will be required to work with groups across the company. This is a full-time, on-site position for a junior to intermediate skill set.

Successful applicants will work with:

Software Development Team to:

• Edit and design icons, as well as other graphics as necessary
• Support release notes and associated documentation

Marketing & Sales Teams for:

• Graphics creation and editing for Web and PowerPoint delivery
• Corporate Web site maintenance via Wordpress
• Creation of animated product demos/presentations

Operations Team to:

• Deploy and brand new customers
• Add customer branding updates to system

BACKGROUND / SKILLS

General

• Well-rounded graphic design abilities
• Solid Web design capabilities
• Thorough grasp of Wordpress
• Basic familiarity with animation/video creation
• Proven ability to communicate with a wide group of people to gather information and formulate solutions
• Good technical writing skills
• Logical and detail oriented

Software

• Adobe CS
• WordPress
• MS Office
• MS SharePoint desirable, but not essential

Coding

• HTML and CSS
• JavaScript
• PHP desirable

COMPENSATION
35-40K, commensurate with experience (health plan available upon completion of probation period).
