Roadhouse Interactive is on the lookout for a highly motivated Community Manager to join our growing team. Your mission: To give our players what they need to succeed. Should you chose to accept it you will help manage our social media accounts, support our users, write blog posts, and keep our game teams informed of any reported bugs, feedback and requests.
- Support our Customer Service Lead to provide accurate and timely support and resolve technical issues through email, live chat and our online help desk system
- Build and maintain positive communication with customers through professional, supportive and prompt interactions
- Monitor player feedback and discussions on various social channels and report back to game teams to escalate player feedback and concerns.
- Work with our Community Manager to manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities.
- Experience in a customer support or training capacity
- Proficiency working in Zendesk customer help desk
- Familiarity with Android and iOS devices
- Expert knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Twitch), and best-practices.
- Patience and an ability to empathize with our players
- A fun, outgoing, engaging personality
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Understanding and passion for mobile games and RPG’s in particular
