The Opportunity:

Reporting to the VP of Motorcoach. Red Arrow is looking for a Full-Time Communications and Marketing Manager.  The Communications and Marketing Manager is a Full Time position and will assist the company in the creation and production of materials that support business development activities.  This role will primarily focus on Red Arrow but will also work on projects for PWT's Motor Coach division.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field
• 3 - 7 years of Communications and Brand Management experience in a deadline driven environment
• Minimum 2 years experience with Social Media venues and strategies
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing / publishing skills
• Excellent people and project management expertise
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Wide scope and problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, social media management tools and publishing tools
• Experience working in a dynamic environment
• Multi-skilled professional comfortable working with all levels of leadership
• Execution-oriented self-starter who can prioritize high-value projects versus tasks in a fast-paced environment and balance demands of multiple projects

Role/Responsibilities:

• Lead communication and marketing Initiatives
• Develop Strategies to increase Brand Awareness
• Develop and implement communications to improve internal and external Engagement
• Generate leads through digital content marketing
• Collaborate with sales team to drive sales
• Moderate social platforms
• Utilizing Hubspot create, automate, measure and optimize all online marketing channels
