Business is booming and we're looking for an organized, energetic and hard-working Client Success Coordinator to join our growing company!

The Client Success Coordinator works with clients on a daily basis and must be an expert in project management, communication, and comfortable in a rapidly growing and fact-paced environment. This role works closely with team members from different departments and requires a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients on a daily basis
• Manage all inbound client communication and organize response quickly, involving necessary team members
• Help with new client implementations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the business needs of clients are met
• Develop client onboarding assets

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience in a client-facing role.
• Proactive and self motivated Strong interpersonal skills and a natural relationship builder.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Experience in sales and promotions a bonus, but not a requirement.
