Business is booming and we're looking for an organized, energetic and hard-working Client Success Coordinator to join our growing company!
The Client Success Coordinator works with clients on a daily basis and must be an expert in project management, communication, and comfortable in a rapidly growing and fact-paced environment. This role works closely with team members from different departments and requires a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Work with clients on a daily basis
- Manage all inbound client communication and organize response quickly, involving necessary team members
- Help with new client implementations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the business needs of clients are met
- Develop client onboarding assets
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience in a client-facing role.
- Proactive and self motivated Strong interpersonal skills and a natural relationship builder.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Experience in sales and promotions a bonus, but not a requirement.
