That is where you come in. tentree is looking to bring on a game changing trade marketing coodinator that is passionate about spending time outdoors and protecting it. This individual is responsible for executing brand education programs with retailers, designing and implementing in-store marketing campaigns, organizing and distributing marketing assets, managing grassroots ambassador programs and planning trade show marketing programs.

Where do you fit:

  • Encourage supporters and retail partners to become more environmentally progressive
  • Strive to connect tentree supporters to their impact in everything you do
  • Work to identify marketing opportunities with retail partners and build the plan to execute them
  • Act in a project management capacity with the creative team to make sure they are aware of what assets need to be developed, understand the timelines, and can be held accountable to delivery
  • Manage all rack, fixture and POP programs for in-store retail programs and trade shows
  • Create and coordinate tentree education programs for retail partners and supporters
  • Develop a tentree grassroots ambassador program that identifies on-brand supporters and gets them engaged with the brand
  • Coordinate and distribute seasonal marketing assets to all retail partners
  • Plan and execute tradeshow marketing programs
  • Assist with tradeshow set up and tear down
  • Travel to and attend key events as needed
  • Track and report results on all marketing and brand education activities

Important qualifications:

  • Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Gmail, Dropbox,
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats
  • Proven team player with the ability to help others become better at their jobs
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional role that interacts with many groups and reports to a variety of levels within the organization
  • Post-secondary diploma or certification in business, event management or project management
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to educate and motivate others
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • 2+ years of sales or marketing experience
  • Photoshop and illustrator knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills are necessary
