CCW Brand Manager full-time

Canadian Choice Wholesalers (CCW) is a natural, organic and specialty food distribution company located in Delta. We pride ourselves on our full service brand management and we focus on bringing unique items to the Canadian marketplace. We currently have an exciting and challenging opening for a Brand Manager to join our dynamic, experienced team!

Responsibilities of this position include:

• working with our sales team to establish go-to-market strategies for each brand;
• analyzing brand performance to identify new marketing, packaging and product opportunities;
• analyzing data to identify business issues and providing recommendations for business improvements;
• developing and presenting annual brand plans, activation plans and business reviews; and
• presenting new opportunities for review on a weekly basis.

Our ideal candidate:

• has 5+ years’ experience in Brand Management or Key Account Management roles;
• has strong analytical, planning and project management skills;
• has outstanding written, presentation and verbal communication skills and is highly detail-oriented;
• has a proven track record in balancing immediate and long-term priorities;
• is results-driven and is seeking a position of significant responsibility in a fast-paced, high-growth environment;
• is a strategic thinker with a proactive mind-set;
• is a collaborative team player and team builder who excels at partnering and influencing decision making;
• has a strong understanding of the natural, organic, and specialty food industry; and
