Business Development Manager full-time
Bring your business development expertise to a global professional services firm and help us grow! As part of a dynamic, fast paced team you will work closely with the Business Development Director to develop and successfully execute business development strategies. This will include analyzing markets to determine new business opportunities, developing customized RFP responses, and assisting with developing lead generation. You will work with professionals to facilitate knowledge sharing, communication, cross-selling, and collaboration between various groups. You will also analyze and make recommendations for sponsorships, speaking engagements, and events. With support from an assistant you will plan and manage events.
We are looking for candidates who want to work in a fast paced, exciting environment, who think strategically and creatively, and who are service and results oriented. Candidates should possess an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field along with a minimum of five years’ experience in Marketing and/or Business Development in a professional services firm. Ideal candidates will have strong written and verbal communication skills, will be highly organized and able to track projects, and will be able to meet multiple deliverables within tight timeframes.
