Create advertising plans for campaigns, administrate internal software, book all advertising with vendors and, ensure ads are resized for each publication.

What you’ll do:

• Co-ordinate tactics and deliverables to support the client using internal and external suppliers
• Oversee paperwork, deadlines and communication with external vendors
• Ensure smooth workflow by maintaining software and occasionally working with external providers
• Help with research, reports, reviews, and recommendations of processes and procedures
