Position Overview

Have creativity oozing from your ears … we want you! Peak is searching for an Associate Marketing Manager to round out our Marketing team as we support the rapid expansion we have been experiencing.

We are looking to hire for a full-time position in our Richmond, British Columbia office. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be a key member in our mission to provide an outstanding customer experience through all marketing channels.

Responsibilities

Web Development & Content Management:

  • Manage, develop and maintain all Peak Products websites (CMS)

  • Develop strategic copy / content to drive additional sales (SEO / campaign management / product development)

  • Work with Senior Marketing Manager to strategize and explore new opportunities through all online mediums

  • Evaluate / implement opportunities for third party / online lead generation

  • Work with Marketing Coordinator to upload marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites

  • Manage all of Peak Products’ skus online and optimize all existing product pages

Social Media & Community Management:

  • Manage all online accounts for social media / product pages / customer feedback

  • Generate blog content and manage regular content submissions

  • Leverage various community management tools to build brand awareness through social mediums

Video Production & Content Development:

  • Produce & edit video content to be uploaded on social media platforms – script creation, filming, editing and distribution

  • Develop strategic copy/content for both print & web related content

  • Work with Marketing Coordinator to upload marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites

Analytics

  • Data Analytics for all accounts (websites / social media )

  • Assist in the delivery of campaign reporting and line of business results analysis for Senior Management

  • Monitor all sales channel performance for quality and compliance

  • Evaluate market trends and competitor activity and provide analysis and recommendations to management on pricing structure / promotional activity / marketing materials

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Visual and Digital Arts / Web Development / Design or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience

  • Fundamental knowledge of Google Analytics / Adwords and SEO

  • Experience working with CMS (Wordpress) – working knowledge CSS and HTML is required

  • Experience working with Adobe CS is required

  • Excellent written skills, experience with copywriting is required

  • Ability to identify, diagnose and quickly mediate problems that arise in projects

  • Ability to manage, prioritize and deliver / execute multiple tasks, projects and assignments effectively

  • Knowledge of home renovation industry an asset

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and balance conflicting tasks and manage internal and external  stakeholder

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Bilingual English / French an asset!
