WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Currently, Indochino is looking for an experienced Art Director to join our Creative Team.  As our Art Director, you will be responsible for the conceptual development and execution of creative deliverables.

• Responsible for create multiple design concepts from creative brie
• Intepret translate wireframes into tangible and compelling experiences
• Create design that reflects the utmost care in detail and aesthetic polish
• Able to accomplish general color correction and image retouching to best realize a creative vision
• Articulate design choices and how they manage to effectively answer to a design brief or marketing strategy
• Follow creative direction and brand guidelines, establish design patterns and extensions
• Prepare files for HTML and Style Guides
• Ensure flawless execution, delivered to specification...on time
• Stays abreast of innovations in graphic design, online shopping, technology, social media and digital trends
• Expertise in visual design, interaction design
• Responsible for maintaining our brand’s visual identity and standards
• Setting, enforcing and maintaining our visual communication quality standards
• Art direct photography and layouts with an awareness of how it all ultimately effects production
• Mentors, trains, and develops junior members of team

YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Passion for innovation and design
• Expertise in visual design, interaction design
• Expert hands-on knowledge of Adobe CS suite
• Proven track record in working collaboratively across functional areas to drive results
• Rigorous attention to detail and personal organization
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
