Workopolis is looking to change the Ad Ops game and we’re looking for the most creative Advertising Operations practitioners to help. Individuals who have expertise in managing ad campaigns, utilizing AdWords, and a knack for measuring results will thrive in this role.
The Ad Ops specialist will:
Be confident and in full command working with multiple systems of campaign deployment.
Bring all parts of the executions into a full picture process that will help simplify the business
Strategically optimize display campaign costs and performance
Drive best practices for sales process and executions
Deliver the story of how the business is accelerating and promote innovation by identifying and executing new advertising product opportunities
As the Ideal candidate:
You are an awesome ad trafficker with 2+ years’ working knowledge within an Advertising Operations role and have experience working with ad serving platforms
You excel in campaign management through AdWords, and/or through 3rd party vendors
You have a reputation of driving IAB standards and best practice policies
You are comfortable developing and delivering reports in Excel and PowerPoint
You have demonstrated your ability to create mocks of creative executions
You are curious, creative and love to push the envelope
