NetCracker Technology is looking to add an Account Manager to our growing Sales team in Vancouver.  This is a client facing position and will require travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a guide and strategic partner to customers by becoming intimately knowledgeable about their customers' key business challenges
  • Be accountable for day-to-day operations and resolving major issues with the customer
  • Ensure that the NetCracker Delivery Process and Engagement Model are followed for their accounts
  • Take responsibility for the well-being of long-term customer relationships for both the customer and NetCracker
  • Be the final point of accountability for the delivery of NetCracker solutions
  • Lead commercial negotiations with the customer in alignment with NetCracker Finance and Legal
  • Master contractual agreements between NetCracker and the customer
  • Be responsible for achieving annual goals as identified on personal goal sheets
  • Become a trusted advisor to the customer and a reliable focal point for business and systems issues
  • Fully understand the customer's business challenges, culture, and environment, specifically market trends, future technology, competition, and partners that may affect the customer's business
  • Develop and lead the Account Team while advocating NetCracker values and acting as a mentor, coach, and developer of talent on the team
  • Identify and develop third-party and partner business relationships and opportunities, taking due regard for NetCracker corporate relationships
  • Complete an annual Customer Satisfaction Survey following the NetCracker process and complete a follow-up action plan
  • Prepare an Annual Account Plan (AAP) and monitor performance against the plan
  • Maintain NetCracker's standards of business conduct with respect to customers and partners

Required Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • MBA preferred

Experience:

  • Extensive experience developing and maintaining senior level relationships with Communications Service Providers (CSPs)
  • Experience managing account P&L in complex project environments
  • Experience selling complex solutions to CSPs
  • Proven sales track record
