We are a private, well-established HR SaaS company located at the foot of the Oak Street Bridge, in Richmond. We provide organizations across the globe cutting-edge HR technology, helping them recruit and select their staff easier, faster and for less money.

Who Are You?
Ideally, you are an experienced sales rep with business development experience and excellent communication skills - particularly over the phone and via online webinars. The people you will primarily be dealing with are CFO's, Controllers, Consultants and HR Directors. In addition to this, you will most often be provided with warm leads.
You must be digital savvy, and have excellent command of the English language. And while our work environment is always positive, we embrace internal competition and appreciate individuals who won't take 'No' for an answer.
- Selling Prevue services into businesses of all sizes
- Structuring and negotiating transactions across our suite of products and services
- Meet sales targets on a monthly basis
- Create a sales pipeline and identify strategic objectives
- Attend occasional industry tradeshows
- Coordinate support, operations, and management resources to meet your customer expectations
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Ability to work in a close knit team environment
- Tech sector experience
- Self-starter who is motived by the prospect of closing new business
- Excellent command of the English language
- Ability to quickly grow within our evolving company
- Salesforce experience
