Our Account Managers are entitled to the following incentives:
- A competitive base salary + bonus with a total year cash potential of $70,000 – $80,000

Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing a Book of Business of the branch or district’s top existing customers through high levels of service in order to expand and strengthen the relationship. The Account Manager is a member of the sales team and is responsible for customer planning and administration, monitoring, and optimizing the revenue potential and operational performance of their book of business.

Skills
- Strong account management skills
- Demonstrated expertise in managing successful business-to-business sales and service relationships
- Strong communication skills, negotiating abilities and excellent phone etiquette
- Results with a sense of urgency; motivated by success
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and is internet savvy
- Conscientious about integrity, social responsibility and respect
Experience/Education
- A minimum of two (2) years of account management experience
- Experience in a high volume / high transaction industry is preferred
- An understanding of document destruction, records management, business continuity, and risk management solutions is an asset
- Post-secondary education (College or University Degree), with a major in business or sales and marketing is preferred
