The owners have enjoyed success but now the opportunity is far greater than the two of them can handle so need to hire one, maybe two Account Executives to join this rapidly growing team of 15 people.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will have an opportunity to enjoy the fruits of your work long after your initial close. This means the clients you secure will continue to be a source of commission stream long into the future as long as you are taking great care of each client’s needs. Unlike other companies you may have worked for, we have put in place everything that an ambitious Account Executive will need to succeed. For example, Prizm Media has a great brand. It also invests heavily in trade-shows and online marketing. There is a great team of media, production, and quality control professionals ready to help you secure and retain your clients. Finally, you get to learn and work with two owners who are recognized marketing experts and who are ready to help you present or close business. There are no politics or territorial disputes and all you need to do is make sure you work smart, work hard, work consistently and are a student of your craft.

The Role:
This position is ideal for someone who craves autonomy and who has been stifled in the past. If you like working around people but get energized around people, then you will enjoy the culture of the company. There is minimal sales reporting. Just your typical CRM that is easy to use. You will be given an industry vertical at first and if you hit it out of the park with this one, the owners have no hesitation to reward you with other verticals. This is a clean slate opportunity so how awesome is that?


Must Haves

  • A post-secondary education in business or relevant degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • Sense of humor and a willingness to have fun.
  • Received training in any recognized Sales Training programs
  • Well-spoken, comfortable cold-calling, and presenting concepts over the phone or via Web conferencing.
  • Computer literate in the typical Office applications like Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
  • Previous experience using an industry-recognized CRM.
  • A believer in the digital marketing.
  • Someone who is able to manage time wisely.
