We are looking for an Account Executive – Business Development who will join our team in Kitchener, Ontario. You will maintain and grow existing accounts as well as develop new business opportunities.

- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with new and existing customers.
- Look for new opportunities for sales and marketing
- Work on various marketing campaigns to help drive the awareness of the SportScreen. (social media, email campaigns, trade show setups, traditional marketing avenues, telemarketing)
- Retail sales initiative and launch.
- Communicating with suppliers and inventory management
- Meets or exceeds revenue and gross profit expectations
- Demonstrate the highest integrity
- Point of contact for all client communication on live campaigns.
- Manage several accounts and quotes simultaneously
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, direct sales experience also a plus
- Requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Flexible to work on weekends and shifts according to business needs.
- Project Management experience with proven results
- Strong understanding of social media platforms for marketing purposes (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Flicker) along with computer skills (email, word, excel)
- Business professional phone skills dealing with customers as well as contacting opportunities
- Great people skills, self-motivated, open to new ideas and able to work with little supervision
- The ability to do some light travel for trade shows, supplier visits and customer visits
- Handy with tools is also a positive and the desire to learn new things
- You will be reporting to the President and Director of The SportScreen Ltd.
- Base salary plus commission
