The Install Base Sales and Renewals group is the heart of ACL’s revenue engine. Reporting to the North America Sales Director of IB Sales and Renewals, ACL is seeking a driven individual with proven Sales acumen to increase the footprint in the North America market. Must be comfortable in dealing with high-volume activity and strive in challenging Sales discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly renewal targets by managing the assigned territory/segment efficiently to ensure accurate sales forecasting
  • Understand customer pain points through discovery calls to provide ACL’s value proposition
  • Drive results by proactively upselling and cross selling ACL solutions to our existing customer base as well as identify and escalate larger opportunities to other Sales teams
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer information in ACL CRM (Salesforce)

Required Experience

  • 1-2 years inside Sales/outside Sales experience; software Sales is a plus
  • Proven track record of personally exceeding quota
  • Ability to forecast within the assigned territory/segment
  • Experience selling subscription-based products
  • Past experience working with a CRM, preferably
  • BCIT Diploma or University degree in Marketing or Business is preferred
