What you’ll be doing:

  • Writing and posting to client social media sites, including tracking data, creating campaigns, etc.
  • Solely responsible for managing several different client accounts
  • Writing and editing content including websites, e-blasts, landing pages, client communication, brochures
  • Day-to-day telephone and email client and vendor contact on on-going projects
  • Coordinating client projects, including ongoing marketing service level agreements, implementation of marketing plans, public relations, design, web and video projects
  • Business development activities (e-blast campaigns and telephone follow-up)
  • Conducting competitive market analysis
  • Coordinating projects from start to finish to ensure accurate and timely delivery according to project details, including creating critical path documents to track timelines and responsibilities
  • Working closely with outside vendors, including pricing and setting timelines and costs
  • Creating analytical reports for clients based on Google Analytics and social media site analytics
  • Keeping up-to-date on industry trends, social media, new technologies and industry best practices
  • Updating client websites

  • Social media experience and knowledge of campaigns for businesses
  • Proven ability to juggle projects, meet timelines and manage client expectations while balancing a number of competing priorities
  • Understanding of public relations and experience in getting publicity
  • Design sense

This role requires:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a digital agency)
  • University Degree and/or College Diploma (Marketing, Business, Journalism, English, Communications or PR focus preferred)
  • Superior people skills, professionalism, maturity and can-do attitude
  • Experience with social media networks and campaigns in B2B and B2C business environments
  • Proven organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Understanding of SEO techniques and Google Analytics
  • Proficiency in Mac and Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Access to a reliable car
  • WordPress, Photoshop and InDesign experience is an asset
