Our marketing team is in need of a savvy wordpress developer & web guru who will be responsible for the development, deployment and ongoing management of our entire website portfolio across all web channels. You are a wordpress ninja with many sites under your belt, you’ve fixed plugins, you’ve customized pre-built themes and maybe even made a few yourself. You will be expected to manage our 30+ web properties with ease as well as work within the marketing department to carry out a wide range of new initiatives and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all company websites ensuring uptime, security and adherence to best practices
• Liaison with creative team to develop and deploy custom new websites and landing pages
• Work with the SEO team to implement on-site optimizations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and fresh solutions
• Administer the company’s web servers & VPS hosting platforms
• Administer web services such as Google Analytics, Cloudflare & Sendgrid
• Provide cross-departmental support for various web services in use across the company
• Provide insight and recommendations on marketing strategy as it pertains to web

Key Requirements

• WordPress, Theming and Plugin Development Experience
• Solid Understanding of HTML5/CSS3, jQuery and Responsive Design
• Working knowledge of Javascript/Jquery & PHP
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with various web services (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Klipfolio, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in both written and oral English is a must
