As a member of the Online Revenue department, you are responsible for improving conversion rates for Freemium and Pro customers. You have in-depth knowledge of conversion rate optimization, and how to create testable hypotheses to drive business results.
You are an expert in marketing, web design, usability, copywriting, and persuasion. You understand how to combine these elements to create digital marketing material for the purpose of increasing conversions and other key performance metrics.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience running multiple A/B tests at once in a fast paced startup environment.
Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Strong understanding of digital marketing content / creative, direct response, and web technologies.
Advanced knowledge of web analytics, wireframing, copywriting, design, experiment implementation, and results analysis.
Advanced experience with web analytics, surveys and other data research tools (Google Analytics, CrazyEgg, MixPanel, Qualaroo)
Advanced understanding of creating high converting mobile user experiences.
- Ability to manage many projects at once using project management tools (Wrike, Asana, Gantt charts, Excel).
Identify optimization opportunities within our users’ lifecycle.
Own the success of A/B testing experiment results and learning.
Develop and execute conversion rate optimization testing strategies including customer research, hypotheses development, wireframing, design, implementation, and results analysis.
Work closely with copywriters, designers, developers, and project managers to flawlessly execute test strategies.
Oversee and approve all key milestones including test strategy, design, and implementation.
Assist in experiment implementation and QA.
Analyze experiment data, and present results and future test hypotheses to stakeholders.
Document and catalogue experiment results and actively share marketing insights and learning with cross-functional departments.
Actively research conversion best practices and technologies to support CRO initiatives.
