About the Job - UX/UI Designer

What you'll be doing:

You'll play a key role on the product and design team, creating elegant and creative solutions to UX/UI challenges to define experiences that our customers and their advocates will have within the Influitive platform. You'll come in at the ground floor, learning and extending design principles and patterns to illustrate the value of user centric design processes. And with a high degree of autonomy, you will take ownership of user research, insights, process flows to distill their needs, understand their problems and explore different approaches to solve them. When you're not creating the standard artifacts and pixel-perfect mock-ups, you'll be expanding your repertoire, driving, iterating and executing on your vision to make our product a joy to use.

What we're looking for:

We're looking for designers who are comfortable with a little chaos, who want autonomy and ownership over their projects. With a focus on the customer and advocates, you'll handle everything from initial research through to prototyping and design, shaping the user experience of existing and future products. Experience designing for the modern landscape of multi-device, platforms, and channels is needed.

For this role, we're interested in talking to people with at least 3 - 5 years experience, with a T-shaped skill set, a keen sense of visual and product design, psychology insights and the ability to utilize a wide arsenal of tools (Adobe Suite, Sketch, Invision, etc.). Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and related web development would be strong assets since you'll be helping to both polish existing processes, as well as architect new functionality within a passionate, collaborative team of designers and developers.
