We are looking for a talented UI/UX designer to champion design and help us craft the future of Taplytics. You'll work across the organization and impact all aspects of the business and take on awesome projects in product, marketing and elsewhere. With an integrated product like Taplytics, your ability to turn complex flows into simple and delightful user experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create delightful and compelling, user-centered experiences
• Develop a universal design language and UI/UX principles to be adopted across the various components of our company
• Create clear wireframes, user flows, site maps, and graphic visualizations to prototype and communicate ideas
• Shape our product roadmap through clear communication and feedback, thinking strategically about how to roll out your designs
• Research and facilitate usability testing to design with data and A/B tests :)
• Work directly with Product and Engineering to align platform best practices and develop implementation plans

ABOUT YOU

• You have 5+ years of experience designing user interfaces for web pages and native mobile apps
• You can provide work samples that show creative UX solutions, strong visual design and solid information architecture
• You are user-centric and understand that design decision making should have strategic and financial considerations
• You believe product decisions and design decisions are linked
• You are a collaborator, a problem-solver through testing and data, and a great communicator
• You love giving and receiving honest, thoughtful feedback
• You want to work in a scrappy environment (i.e. a startup)
• You thrive on being innovative, aren’t afraid to take risks and try something different
• You are passionate about mobile and design
