I'm looking for a dedicated full-time strategic phone sales person to join my team.

I run a coaching and consulting business that works with consultants all around the world.

We've been experiencing strong growth in our business and we've been leaders in our market for 7 years and counting.

In this role I'll provide you with red-hot inbound leads to talk to, with ZERO cold calling.

• You see sales as a conversation to help the buyer find the right fit, not to push and pressure them
• You are clear and responsive with your communication
• You don't make excuses or complain and likely don't like people that do. You're an action taker.

This job will provide the right person with an opportunity to make $120,000+ per year working virtually - But you MUST be coachable and you MUST be thinking long-term and looking for a real opportunity to be trained and mentored by the best in the business.

You MUST be very comfortable talking to people on the phone and making sales on the phone.

• Formal sales experience isn't required but is an asset.
• This is not a corporate sales role with 3 month sales cycles. You will receive hot inbound leads. You will call the prospect, take them through a sales conversation (I'll train you on that) and then sign up the prospect and take payment from them if they are a good fit for our coaching program.
• You can be located anywhere to do this job and working from your home office is fine. However, you will need to make calls during regular North America business hours.
• If you are selected for this position, I will ask you to complete a trial project (which I'll pay you for). If you make the final cut you'll be required to spend at least one week in the Vancouver area (if you're not local to Vancouver) at my office so we can work side by side and take you through training.
