Manwin Canada, a company specializing in the development and marketing of high traffic web properties, and a leader in its activity sector is searching for a full-time Social Media Team Lead.

Responsibilities:

• As a member of a growing Social Media/SEO team, you will be responsible for integrating social media into our business strategies. Other responsibilities include:
• Building, overseeing and training an internal team
• Standardizing documentation and reporting
• Ensure consistency of communication across multiple departments and ensure proper execution of marketing strategies
• Provide creative insight and offer solutions for products business objectives
• Responsible for developing and overseeing execution of social media Initiatives
• Monitor social media Industry trends, tools and applications and apply corporate standards
• Strategize and educate the management team and others across the company on incorporating relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture and into all of the company’s products and services
• Identify key levels of improvement (design, analysis of relevant reports, continuing competitive monitoring)

Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience in a similar position
• Strong management skills and persuasiveness
• Ability to create great working relationships with all levels within the company and across multiple disciplines
• Creativity and willingness to experiment; ability to deal with uncertainty
• Ability to contribute individually, and lead, manage or participate in cross-functional teams
• Determination with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable information
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Strong command of the English language. Spoken French
