DONOVAN Creative is an award-winning agency, and we’re looking for a Social Media Strategist who will be responsible for building and implementing profitable social media strategies across a wide variety of clients and industries.

Job Description:

• Identify core objectives for each Client’s involvement in social media.
• Create and implement strategies to increase user base/drive traffic across a variety of different clients
• Develop and manage budgets
• Management of social media accounts to engage users, increase user retention as well as expand product and brand recognition
• Research and Analysis of user insights, analytics and marketing functions to identify, quantify and measure opportunities that drive user engagement
• Development of solutions, applications and respective platform user-interfaces around products and services offered through the respective social media outlet
• Research, analyse and provide detailed reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Extremely detail oriented and organized
• Previous agency experience a distinct advantage
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
• Exceptional writing, communication and interpersonal skills – must be able to demonstrate extreme versatility with writing skills
• Strong conceptual skills and ability to understand client requirements and deliverables, and the ability to take responsibility for them
• Strong working knowledge of popular social networking sites
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Prior web analytics and blogging experience
• Great attitude with excellent creative thinking and problem solving skills
• Strong work ethic
