We're looking for an innovative, self-motivated digital marketer who is passionate about finding creative solutions to generating leads and connecting with audiences. Here’s what you will be doing:
Leading all digital marketing initiatives company-wide
Developing, designing, executing and testing demand gen campaigns to connect our company with our customers
Experimenting, evaluating, rethinking, and then doing it better to make campaigns as effective as possible
Guiding and growing marketing automation and nurturing programs to maximize lead efficiency
Helping lower user acquisition costs across the board
Measuring and improving pipeline and funnel health and performance
Contribute as one of the core team members of our marketing team to design and execute digital marketing strategy (SEM, SEO, social, third party networks, events, non-traditional)
The person we hire will look a lot like this:
Experience attracting B2B customers, and an overwhelming understanding of their behaviour and their numbers - and an eagerness respond to what works for them
Attacks challenges face-first with a smile, focused on results and KPIs because that’s the best way to measure what we do; never waits to be told what to do and just simply gets stuff done
A love of building sales and marketing models that work and a passion for getting your hands dirty
Experience with Hubspot or other MA tools (but we use HubSpot, so we’ll rate that higher, obviously) and an inside out knowledge of how to manage a modern CRM
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing
Excel and coding (CSS, HTML, JQuery) skills are a huge plus
