RFX is currently looking for a Senior Designer / Art Director to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

What the job entails

This position is a very broad role in our organization, and the successful candidate will be responsible for everything from design concept, mock-ups, to UI design and some production work. Playing a lead role in our firm and reporting directly to the Creative / Brand Director, you will enjoy flexibility, creative opportunity and work in a fun & fast paced environment.

What kind of work do we do?

RFX is a full service brand development agency, and as such we play a key role in the development of Brand Platforms for small and medium organizations. This involves some very big picture thinking, and highly focused creative development of the brand elements and supporting collateral. We truly help companies rethink and reinvent themselves and that is no small task, but perhaps one of the most rewarding in our industry. Our clients come from a broad range of industries and are primarily B2B companies with a few B2C and non-profit clients sprinkled in to keep us sharp. We also service a number of overseas clients, so our reach is global.

What’s RFX all about?

At our RFX, our primary role is to lead our clients through brand transformations and support them with ongoing development beyond the rebrand. We have been operating for nearly 15 years, and have been recognized internationally for our work specifically in the area of rebranding. Our clients enjoy our down to earth thinking and laser focus on business strategy and design, and for that we have a long list of very loyal clients both in Alberta and beyond. Our small team is located just south of Inglewood in a swanky character space with loads of free parking.

You have a knack for weaving intelligent business strategy together with stunning design, and place the client’s needs and priorities first. You enjoy being involved at all stages of the project and don't mind getting down and dirty in the trenches once in awhile, and above all else you recognize that when the client wins, we all win. You probably have at least 5 years experience and are looking to move your career to the next level, and you have all of the technical skills that you would need to kick butt every day.
