a day in the life of an Senior Analyst, Guest Insights & Analytics

  • as part of the CRM & Guest Insights team, you are responsible for building deep guest insights, segmentation and predictive analytics to drive highly efficient digital and store campaigns for lululemon
  • you have a passion for guest segmentation and modeling, using cohort analysis, cluster analysis, predictive models to drive key business decisions
  • you obtain guest insights from both transactional and behavioral data. more importantly you recognize the unique value of both and how they play with, and against, each other
  • you work closely with digital marketing, ecommerce, and store teams to share deep guest insights and build robust targeted programs – both online and offline
  • you actively track, monitor and report on your programs, taking your outcomes and combining them with those of your colleagues to educate your partners and influence future campaigns

the finer print

  • Bachelors Degree in related field (Master’s Degree preferred)
  • 4+ years’ experience in data analytics, with experience in R (or Python), SQL and Excel
  • Knowledge of BI visualization tools (e.g. Qlikview, Power BI, Tableau), distributed computing (e.g. Hadoop) a plus
  • Experience in marketing campaign execution, including segmentation and/or list producing
  • Understand omni-channel guest behavior to drive one unified view of the guest
  • Experience with databases and knowledge of how they can be used
  • All in all, you’re a data junkie and can’t imagine a world without data informed decision making
