“We support change & drive benefit”
If you love advertising, technology and want to get ahead in the fast paced race to marry advertising with all things data and digital, Adacado is the place for you. We are pioneers in dynamic creative (DCO) and we’re leading the way as data-driven creative personalization becomes table stakes in digital advertising.
We think of Customer People as everyone that touches and supports our customers’ journey, from sales to support to operations. We deliver customer satisfaction to the highest level, by being there for customers when they need us, but working even harder for them to become self-sufficient, so they won’t need us in the future.
Our company slogan is “do simple better”, which you will find reflected throughout our organization, and nowhere more evident than with our product development team, who continuously (weekly, daily, even hourly) delivers new features and benefits to improve our product and increase customer satisfaction.
We’re a multi-cultural, hardworking, fun loving team that doesn’t shy away from a challenge. We value our team members by providing them with good compensation, liberal time off, flexible in-office requirements, education, coaching and stock options.
Outside of that we have a great company culture where spontaneous nerf battles settle department border disputes, board games reveal your colleague’s cunning tactics, and where free Friday lunches offer ample fuel for the challenges to come. We also organize semi-annual week-long team building events and always have a stocked fridge full of snacks, beverages and fruits (we are trying this whole healthy thing out).
