Quality Manager

We are the Quality Department. We manage the global quality standards, processes and metrics that ensure a positive guest experience with the performance of our product. We work cross-functionally across the entire product team to ensure our products meet our quality and compliance standards. We then educate our vendors to make quality products a reality.

a day in the life of a Quality Manager

  • Develop global quality standards for hard and soft lines
  • Develop a comprehensive global quality program that protects our Brand and delivers a consistent guest experience internationally
  • Determine appropriate construction methods, standards and tolerances that deliver against the strategy
  • Partner cross functionally with raw materials development, Sourcing, Production and the LLO to deliver the right product
  • Analyze trends in mill and supplier performance and provide corrective action and scorecards
  • Analyze preproduction samples and minimize risk areas
  • Key project management and reporting
  • Internal and external communicator

  • Self motivated, passionate, empathetic, approachable
  • Excel in communication, project management, and analysis with a love of fabric
  • Visionary and strategic leader
  • Cross-functional team leader, and experienced performing well with the volume and complexity of global high profile brands
  • 5+ years experience in managing internal quality processes and teams
  • Ability to manage people and develop new quality programs
  • 10 years experience in apparel, quality assurance and/or textile technology
  • Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing, production and quality assurances
