As our Product Marketing Manager you will give this technology a voice by developing and executing a go-to-market strategy that will carry the hyper-growth we are currently experiencing. You will have the chance to collaborate with a world-class product management team, have a direct impact on revenues by enabling our sales team and instrumentalize our marketing team that will echo the massage world wide.
Here are the highlights of the role
Insights: Create commercial and sector-specific strategic insights into how Coveo can impact potential customers. Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to develop personas, targets and insights.
Strategic positioning. Develop product positioning, personas and messaging that differentiates Coveo products and services in the market. You’ll work with the field, partners, and analysts to position our products not only on the high level but also around individual new technologies or features that we bring to market.
Content Creation: Deliver impactful customer facing product assets and collateral that supports our key messages.
Field Enablement: Deliver Sales and partner enablement tools to help with acquisition and sales conversion.
Product launches: Plan the launch of new products and manage the cross-functional efforts.
Evangelism: Identify speaking and presentation opportunities at trade-shows and lead the charge in establishing a strong presence for Coveo at key conferences.
Feedback: Maintain ongoing product feedback loop by collecting and analyzing customer feedback, reviewing usage analytics and using the data to inform our product strategy and roadmap.

The cornerstones of the profile
- Exceptional writing skills in english (the rest really don’t matter without this one).
- Stellar public speaking skills and ability to develop customer-facing presentations.
- A minimum 5 years product marketing experience with a B2B software company. Cloud/Saas a big plus.
- Strong technical product management and marketing competency including business and market analysis.
- Excellent people and relationship building skills to interact with cross-functional teams and build consensus.
- A strategic thinker who also rolls up their sleeves to make things happen.
The icing on the cake:
- Prior experience in sales or customer facing role.
- Experience with Agile Marketing.
