Job Description

Nakisa’s Marketing Manager supports the overall corporate marketing strategy by developing and executing on key initiatives to support our primary goals of Lead Generation, Opportunity Acceleration and Brand Awareness.  Reporting to the VP, Business Development & Marketing, she/he has a full understanding of the Marketing cycle and customer touch points in order to maximize sales opportunities and create compelling and consistent communications that follow the brand strategy, generating awareness and driving demand for Nakisa products.


  • End-to-end Campaign management, including Direct Marketing content and execution
  • Owning the CRM lead management process from the Marketing perspective
  • Asset conceptualization and creation including:
  • Powerpoint presentations addressing business challenges, product details, roadmap descriptions
  • Brochures & Solution Briefs of varying lengths
  • Press Releases
  • Case studiesNewsletters
  • Other Sales support documentation
  • Manage the library of communication material for direct and indirect sales channels about our products.
  • Website content
  • Social media & blog content
  • Industry trends and competitive analyses Become a subject matter expert in HR and HR technology


  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication MIS, Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 yrs. of experience in technology marketing.
  • Successful track record in supporting lead generation, opportunity acceleration.
  • Excellent understanding of software industry.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources process (Talent Management, Organization Management, Performance Management, Recruiting etc.) is an asset.
  • Excellent and effective oral and written communication abilities.
  • French is a definite asset.
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Passionate about communication.
  • Self-motivated with a keen interest to learn new technologies and business processes.
  • Strong time management skills with ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.
  • Possess strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self motivation, positive attitude, and works to solve problems
