Marketing Director full-time
Overview
We are looking to enhance our marketing creative by hiring a Marketing Director to drive growth and develop the story for the business and the brand that will differentiative it from its competitors. The Marketing Director will be responsible for leading and executing the marketing strategy for Lozzo Management. This role requires a seasoned creative marketer expert with a proven track record of building a story for the brand that drives growth in a competitive marketplace. You will lead the creative process that includes research, understanding of the opportunity, and then you will create the differentiated value position and story to support it and lead the creative process to create an exceptional campaign. You have the experience of leading the process doing these many times and you thrive leading creative marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market research data to improve business decisions or activities
- Conduct economic or commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products or services
- Develop all kinds of events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes
- Develop communication strategies
- Direct the development and maintenance of an organization’s Internet and intranet sites
- Direct the production of educational and publicity programs and informational materials to awaken curiosity and interest in the subject matter
- Direct the team on crucial information they should gather and research
- Evaluate an organization’s Internet presence
- Evaluate communication strategies and programs
- Implement communication strategies and programs
- Oversee the preparation of written material for website content
- Publicize activities, workshops, meetings and other events for fundraising or information purposes
- Review written material, such as reports, briefs, speeches, presentations and press releases
- Develop promotional materials
- Market business services
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials
- Answer written and oral inquiries
- Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
- Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys
- Initiate and maintain contact with the media
- Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity and information programs, materials and sessions
About the job
- 5 years or more of experience in marketing building successful creative campaigns that support differentiation and growth.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Hybrid Work Settings
