We are currently seeking a Marketing Director to join our team!
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Director is responsible for developing Lolë’s annual retail and digital marketing strategy. This includes building a seasonal campaign calendar in close collaboration with the Retail, Web, Buying, Design and Product team leaders, and presenting weekly results (results and budget) to the management team.
As the role requires proficiency overseeing and managing all aspects of a marketing plan – including brand communication, product marketing messages, brand and ecommerce photoshoots, promotions, weekly newsletter campaigns, in-store monthly campaigns and other marketing programs – our ideal candidate has 10 years’ experience in retail and web marketing. Experience in the active/fashion apparel space is also an asset.
The Marketing Director must possess a strong sense of brand and creative strategy, with fresh ideas for continuing to elevate the Lolë brand and its applications in both current and new programs, from store concepts to product categories to line extensions. We are seeking a candidate with excellent leadership and management skills, adept at overseeing a team and prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic and exciting environment.
