Job Summary

Responsible forcoordinating the development and the delivery of marketing campaigns/programs/member communications by working with cross functional teams and communications agencies/suppliers using formalized processes and tools.

Essential Functions

  • Review and optimize baseline campaign briefs (targetting, offer, communication assets, and objectives) to ensure marketing/business objectives are met. Interact directly with business owners internal and external.
  • Developand execute campaigns and programs in Unica (campaign management tool), manage project workflows, sign-offs, production requirements, mailing plans and all appropriate tasks in Unica and with external suppliers. Ensure all tasks are executed on time.Track budgets of assigned projects. An average of 180 campaigns annually.

  • Apply Aeroplan branding on all communication material and coordinate brand compliance of partner communications ( approx 200 annually).  Act as brand ambassador for internal and external clients.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience in a related field
  • Ability to work under pressure, with minimum supervision, on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Team player, who can work in an autonomous setting
  • Strong organization and implementation skills
  • Strong communications skills (written and oral)
  • Detail oriented individual.
  • Thrives in fast-moving environment, with high tolerance for change/ambiguity

  • Bilingual (French and English)
