Manufacturing Account Manager full-time

Wesko Locks of Mississauga is seeking to hire a Manufacturing Account Manager to manage customer orders. We’re located at Dixie & Eglington in Mississauga, is that close enough for you?

At Wesko, you’ll fit right in if you’re energetic, driven and reliable. As a Manufacturing Account Manager, you could be putting to use your previous experience to:

• Receive orders from customers, ensuring that information is complete and accurate
• Enter order information into Wesko’s manufacturing system
• Confirm orders back to customers
• Prepare work order information for Wesko production and communicate expedites
• Work with customers to manage any production delays or inventory shortages
• Prepare shipments including packing slips, bills of lading, and customs paperwork
• Prepare invoices
• Communicate with sales and engineering departments

The skills and experience you bring with you:

• Order management experience in a manufacturing environment (e.g., MRP System)
• Experience with Microsoft XL
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Strong work ethic with professional and positive attitude
• Attention to detail
• Self-starter
• Confident
