Job Summary

  • Creating design elements for winning proposals.
  • Proofreading and editing outgoing proposals.
  • Designing business oriented templates and materials.
  • Developing and maintaining organization charts.
  • Providing marketing and graphics support for company and client events.
  • Working creatively while adhering to established image guidelines.
  • Working autonomously as well as collaboratively.

Minimum Requirements

  • Highly organized and a creative thinker, you will draw upon your relevant communication, marketing and organizational experience and skills.
  • You will ideally have a related degree or diploma and demonstrated industry experience with graphic design and layout.
  • You are capable of working independently, yet also enjoy working in a team setting.
  • Expertise in both Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite is required.

  • A Bachelors Degree (BA or BSc) is required in Graphic Design or Fine Arts or a 2 Year Certificate or Diploma
  • 3-5 years related experience
Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates must also have experience in bid and proposal preparation.
• Your ability to proofread and edit effectively is testament to your outstanding English communication skills.
