We are looking for a new head of coupons to work with our team of content marketers and data analysts. Your role would be to manage a team of content marketers and analysts to maintain, optimize, and market coupons and deals both on site and off, in the UK and Canada. We are looking for someone who is driven, has attention to detail, and most importantly loves deals and coupons! You would also be responsible for working together with a software development team to implement new features in our coupon section.

We are technologists, marketers, and content creators that work together to create content that people love. We understand how readers discover and engage with content, and use technology to give content creators a real-time picture of how they can reach more people, as well as better engage the ones they are already reaching. We create and use tools that take the complexity out of appealing to and keeping readers from social and search channels, allowing our content creators to simply create. We currently have sites in the UK and Canada and are working on adding more countries and content niches.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing a team of writers & content marketers
• 5+ years experience with data analysis software (such as Google analytics)
• 5+ years experience with established distribution networks for produce and services (with affiliate marketing) in Canada
• 5+ years experience with deals & coupon experience in Canada
• 5+ years account management & digital sales experience
• 5+ years experience writing for a Canadian online affiliate marketing website
• 5+ years Experience working with designers and software developers
• Extensive network of e-commerce contacts in Canada
• Bachelors in business or accounting

Nice to haves:

• Experience with A/B testing tools, like Optimizely
• Experience with affiliate marketing in the UK or the US
• Experience with deal & coupon websites in the UK or the US

Benefits:

Salary Range: $79k to $85k year for 37.5hrs per week, permanent position
