Position Overview:

Reporting to the Corporate Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and managing graphics related to the Stream-Flo Group of Companies' brand, products, internal clients, presentations, animations, logos, web graphics and digital media. The Graphic Designer will also research and develop new digital media.

Key position functions include:

•Prepare and coordinate layout and design of:
-Company literature including brochures and catalogues
-Print advertising including company ads and posters
-Graphics for trade shows and promotional items such as signs etc.
-Technical bulletin templates
-Graphic and schematic support for the creation of Standards (ES, OP, PS, QA) and Maintenance manuals
-Training material and presentations for internal and external requirements
-Company document templates
•Responsible for website management
•Design and complete animation projects
•Responsible for the development of new digital sales tools and other communications media
•Provide digital imaging, photography and support, including cataloguing and archiving of photos and images
•Prepare graphics support for the MIS department
•Provide graphics support on company presentations
•Perform other related duties as required

Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:

•4+ years of professional graphic design experience, preference given for experience in an engineering environment and experience with emerging digital media
•A college/university degree or professional equivalent
•Strong typography and colour theory skills
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
•High level of accuracy and attention to detail
•Ability to manage several projects concurrently
•Ability to work as effectively as part of a team, or independently
•Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
•Superior client service skills

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to provide a portfolio sample of graphic work.
