Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned, Full Stack Developer to build out and manage our entire web infrastructure. You will lead a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player working alongside graphic designers and marketing experts to create exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Work with development teams, graphic designers and product managers to create ecommerce web pages

• Communicate with clients and partners to support product launch and optimization needs on an ongoing basis

• Design client-side and server-side architecture

• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design

• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

• Write effective APIs

• Write lightweight, high performance code (minimal use of libraries)

• Test software to ensure responsiveness, efficiency and cross browser compatibility

• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

• Create security and data protection settings

• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design

• Write technical documentation

• Manage cloud hosting infrastructure for high availability

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role

• Familiarity with common stacks

• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML)

• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Node.js)

• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL)

• Comfortable with cloud based web servers (e.g. Netlify, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)

• Attention to UI/UX design (Pixel Perfect)

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Great attention to detail

• Organizational skills

• An analytical mind with strong problem solving skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field
