Overview

Web.com is looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to implement content and business deliverables for a multitude of corporate online e-commerce websites. Ideal candidates will have strong web development and analytical skills, as well as the ability to learn new technologies quickly, based on prior experiences with similar tools. We’re looking for a results-oriented and professional team player who has a passion for success.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, define & size technological approach to solve real world business problems using AGILE techniques (SCRUM, many of crowns, sprinting)
  • Collaborate with colleagues in an AGILE environment to deliver real business value per sprint iteration
  • Mobile development and design best practices
  • Cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility knowledge
  • Ability to cross-platform test to ensure accuracy in design and development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Excellent HTML and CSS skills (knowledge of the latest HTML5 and CSS3 preferred)
  • 2+ years of professional frontend development experience in web development and technologies
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Knowledge of jQuery, Susy and Sass is a plus
  • Understanding and proven experience of responsive web design
  • Familiarity of .NET framework and C#
  • In-depth knowledge of web-based technologies and experience with problem analysis
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and switch quickly and comfortably between projects as needed
  • Self-motivated with a good work ethic, organized with proven time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce results accurately, on schedule and on budget
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
