The Digital Strategist will be driven to work with a core team of inspired individuals and posses the desire to take client digital initiatives to new heights. You have in depth knowledge and experience in the digital world and have the ability to share that with clients through strategic digital marketing. The role will report to the CEO.


  • Excellent communication & presentation skills, able to speak internally and with clients to effectively educate all from a higher level on all digital strategy & tactical needs
  • Comfortable liaising with internal and external clients at all levels
  • Work with clients to understand the needs of their customers in the digital space
  • Proven ability to identify and build process where required
  • Research and build on the social thought leadership within the organization by staying informed on digital best practices and emerging trends
  • Comfort leading third partner relationships
  • Identify new opportunities for existing clients
  • Build and deliver strategic and business strategy recommendations for clients’ key digital channels in collaboration with accounts, creative and production teams
  • Develop strategies for clients that will help them reach their goals within the budgetary constraints
  • Proven ability to predict digital deliverable measurables for all recommended tactics
  • Monitor client marketing initiatives on a weekly basis to ensure that the activities undertaken match the budget of the project and will help the client achieve their goals
  • Review project initiatives and measure progress against goals
  • Develop digital strategic roadmaps, identifying opportunities for integration with other campaign elements


  • 5+ years working in a digital marketing capacity
  • Degree or Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in keyword research and landing page optimization
  • In-depth knowledge of the Google AdWords platform
  • Experience working with Google Analytics
  • Experience running Facebook and/or Twitter PPC campaigns
  • High level knowledge of other digital marketing concepts such as search engine  optimization and media buying
  • High level knowledge and experience with coding
  • Experience participating in new business and client campaign pitches
