Position Overview:

As our Digital Project Manager, you are a great communicator, organized and perceptive, able to see the big picture while keeping track of many moving parts and details.  You are a highly motivated individual that can lead a team of likewise self-motivated and talented specialists, all committed to delivering excellent solutions that combine applications, hardware technologies and creative inputs, while meeting deadlines and budgets.  Through your project management acumen, you will help us build and nurture critical relationships with our clients and help us discover and develop new opportunities, related to both business and technology innovation.

Job Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of our Digital Project Manager is to lead our projects to success - on time, on scope, on budget with a happy project team and client.You will need to:

  • Manage internal project scopes, schedules and manage budgets

  • Manage expectations for everyone on a project including the customer, other team members and partners

  • Coordinate the scope, budget and overall activities of external project partners, acting as an effective liaison with clients

  • Support efforts to develop project pitches and formal proposals

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts among clients, partners and suppliers

  • Develop and communicate updated project plans internally and externally

  • Translate business directives from upper management into actions that help guide projects to successful completion

  • Inspire confidence through organization, communication and adept decision-making

Personal Competencies:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English) and team interaction skills

  • Self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal oversight

  • Highly organized, detail oriented and with a methodical approach to tasks

  • Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines

  • A smart problem-solver that’s cool under pressure

  • Adaptable to new technologies and various customer environments

  • Curious and driven to learn and an expand knowledge base

  • Open to sharing knowledge and finding better ways to achieve an outcome

  • Willing and able to travel to various North American cities occasionally

Required Knowledge & Experience:

  • 4-6 years of successful project management experience, ideally on complex web/application/technology projects

  • Experience and ease with project management and CRM tools

  • Experience managing projects with budgets over $100k

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a post-secondary institution

  • Certification in Project Management is a plus
